W3C compliance

This website has been created in accordance with the current recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

The W3C publishes standards and web guidelines for the further development of internet technologies that promote the progress of the internet and ensure its interoperability.

W3C-valid source code is the basic prerequisite for good search engine optimisation and accessible websites.

W3C-compliant implementation of HTML5 and CSS3 is a quality feature of professional websites.

HTML5 and CSS3 – technologies of the future

Put simply, HTML5 is the standard for a future-proof structure and CSS3 for a modern look of websites.

HTML5 is the latest HTML standard. The previous version, HTML 4.01, was released in 1999. The web has changed a lot since then. HTML5 is already supported by all common browsers.

Development of CSS3 started only one year after its previous version was presented. The W3C worked on this improved version from 1999 – a total of 12 years.

Even though there is a big difference between CSS2 and CSS3, all modern browsers implemented the new addition to the W3C family very quickly and support most of the CSS3 features currently available.

Responsive Webdesign

Responsive web design makes websites fit for all screen sizes.

This website not only works on a regular desktop computer but also takes the requirements of other device types into account – especially mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
